Starter Custom Fitness Plans
The Starter Custom Fitness Plans are good for folks just getting started or any fitness level folks that want to trial my services before moving into more expensive or higher end services. These will consist of a single weekly schedule that you can follow for 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your level of fitness and rate of progression.
Multi-Phase Custom Fitness Plans
The Multi-Phase Custom Fitness Plans are good for folks that know what their goals are and ready to get moving and focused. These plans will cycle you through various build phases to more specifically meet your goals, avoid plateauing and burning out. You will recieve build week schedules along with recovery and test week schedules for each phase.

Custom Fitness Plan Process
Process is initiated by you purchasing one of the custom fitness plan options.
Contact – I’ll contact you within 48 hours of purchase to set up a Phone/Skype consultation.
Consultation (Phone/Skype) – Discuss your current fitness level, background, metrics, issues, goals and available workout schedule so I can put together an appropriate fitness plan.
Build Custom Fitness Plan – I build your custom fitness plan. Less than 1 week.
Contact – I’ll contact you once your plan is complete to schedule a Coaching & Fitness Plan Instruction Session.
Coaching & Fitness Plan Instruction Session (Phone/Skype/Apple Facetime) – Review your custom fitness plan. Make sure you understand all the exercises, workouts and know how to follow the schedule. These can be done in person at your home, local park, work site etc with additional fee.
